Bautista, Kiarra Cassandra M. Dacillo, Keith Bea C. Dimaculangan, and Alecs Francine M. Maralit from the College of Management and Tourism (CMT). Their achievement reflects the students\u2019 strong academic foundation and readiness to meet professional standards in the accounting field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The PICAT Certified Bookkeeper program is designed to help students with accounting-earned units and graduates of accountancy master the fundamentals of bookkeeping while enhancing their accounting competencies. It aims to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and ethical standards of individuals engaged in bookkeeping services, ensuring that certificate holders exemplify professional excellence and reliability in their practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the program, participants undergo comprehensive training covering key bookkeeping topics such as recording transactions, posting in the ledger, preparing trial balances, recording adjusting entries, preparing financial statements, and recording closing entries.
