Avior R. Rocafort on October 4, 2024, at 9:30 AM held at the 3rd Floor Session Hall, Office of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, Lipa City. The invitation for the session was issued by the Committee on Finance, Budget, and Appropriation on October 1, 2024, to various public and private institutions in the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Representing UBLC was MSg Noli L. Katigbak, PAF (Ret), SO2, DC, D\u2019GSSAI, who submitted a report on the committee hearing proceedings.
