Fourth-year psychology students from the University of Batangas Lipa City (UBLC) conducted a psychoeducational outreach program titled, “Lakas at Pag-asa: Paglalakbay mula sa Nakaraan Tungo sa mas Maliwanag na Bukas,” at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Female Dormitory, November 3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event centered on highlighting the importance of hope and personal growth through specialized therapeutic activities and a seminar led by Ms. Arlene Rose J. Abanto, focusing on the link between acknowledging past experiences and achieving emotional healing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The core of the gathering was a seminar led by Ms. Arlene Rose J. Abanto, who discussed the topics of hope and faith, specifically tackling how acknowledging one\u2019s experiences can serve as a stepping stone to healing. This was followed by an open forum for participant reflections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The seminar was complemented by therapeutic activities designed to facilitate emotional release and self-reflection. Participants viewed inspiring stories about transformation and redemption.
