(IOER) held on September 27\u201328, 2025, at KK Sapa Hotel in Sa Pa, L\u00e0o Cai, Vietnam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serving as Keynote Speaker, Dr. Pastor R. Arguelles set the tone of the conference by emphasizing the role of collaborative and innovative research in advancing global knowledge. His keynote address also highlighted groundbreaking work on <em>\u201cSensor-Based Robot for UV-C Disinfection of the Pollution-Free Environment-Friendly Sanitary Napkin Incinerator by Using Metal Organic Frameworks and IoT,\u201d<\/em> underscoring the relevance of sustainable, technology-driven solutions in addressing real-world challenges. In addition, three notable studies from UB Lipa scholars were featured, two of which earned Best Abstract Paper Awards in their respective categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The research paper <em>\u201cNovice Programmer\u2019s Performances in Computer Programming of College of Information and Communication Technology for Sustainable Education: A Meta Analysis\u201d<\/em>, presented by Mr. Gerard Noel Anthony Bautista with co-authors Dr. Arguelles and Mrs. Michelle M. Malsi, was recognized as Best Abstract Paper in Information and Communication Technology. Meanwhile, \u201cUnderstanding the Status of Coffee Farming in Lipa City: A Basis for Developing a Needs Assessment Framework\u201d, presented by Mrs. Maria Lerma P. Latina with co-authors Mrs. Maria Luisa Velasco and Mr. Lorenz Barro, earned the award for Best Abstract Paper in Economics and Agriculture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another research presentation, <em>\u201cEvaluating the Influence of Physical Education Programs on Physical Activity Engagement and Health-Related Quality of Life Among Students of University of Batangas: Development of Instructional Guide\u201d<\/em>, by Dr. Jovi Jane Cullarin-Bernales together with co-authors Dr. Jewelson M. Santos and Mr. Antonio Lira Jr., showcased the university\u2019s commitment to improving student well-being through evidence-based educational practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The IOER, duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines, is accredited as a PRC-CPD Provider for Professional Teachers, a DEPED-NEAP Learning Service Provider, and an International CPD Provider by the CPD Group, London, UK.
