Lipa City, Batangas – October 2025. The University of Batangas Lipa City (UBLC) proudly celebrates the achievements of its Psychology alumni in the recently concluded September 2025 Board Licensure Examination for Psychologists and Psychometricians (BLEPP), where UBLC passers officially attained their licenses as newly licensed professionals in the field of psychology.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 469 out of 541 examinees passed the Psychologist Licensure Examination, recording a national passing rate of 84.84%. The examination was conducted on September 24-25, 2025, at PRC testing centers in the National Capital Region (NCR), under the supervision of the Board of Psychology, chaired by Hon. Miriam P. Cue with Hon. Hector M. Perez as member. UBLC takes pride in the success of its alumni: Ms. Krisha Marie C. Subing Subing, Ms. Angelica Joy M. Recede, and Ms. Norilyn Jhoy Ceris Pangan, who are now among the newly licensed psychologists.
Meanwhile, in the Psychometricians Licensure Examination, the PRC recorded an impressive 12,416 passers out of 14,275 examinees, yielding a national passing rate of 86.98%. The exams were administered across multiple testing centers nationwide. The licensure test was also facilitated by Hon. Miriam P. Cue, Chairperson, and Hon. Hector M. Perez, Member, of the Board of Psychology.
UBLC celebrates the success of its 36 passers with the passing percentage of 94.74%, who demonstrated their competence and dedication to the discipline of psychology: Karryle Ann A.
