The University of Batangas Lipa City (UBLC) once again proved its commitment to academic excellence as its College of Education, Arts, and Sciences (CEAS) Legal Management students excelled in the recently concluded Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA)™ by HREAP Assessment Examination – Batch 62. The examination, held online last August 23 and 24, 2025 for the Institutional and National Batch, respectively, gathered aspiring HR professionals from various institutions nationwide.
Leading the UBLC delegation was Ms. Lya Klen Eryka D. Reyes, CHRA, who proudly achieved Top 1 Ranking in the national certification exam, solidifying UBLC’s reputation as a breeding ground for competent and globally competitive students. Joining her in this milestone were fellow Legal Management students Ms. Andrea C. Manalo, CHRA, Ms. Crystall Princess D. Tipan, CHRA, and Ms. Jazlyn Daligdig, CHRA, who all successfully earned their professional certification.
The CHRA™ certification program evaluates the readiness and knowledge of aspiring human resource practitioners, focusing on essential competencies such as labor laws, organizational behavior, recruitment and selection, compensation management, and employee relations. By attaining the certification, the UBLC students advanced their professional qualifications and showcased the University’s strong foundation in producing future leaders in human resources and legal management.
This achievement highlights the dedication and perseverance of UBLC students in both academic and professional development. More importantly, it reflects the University of Batangas’ continued pursuit of quality education aligned with national and global standards. The remarkable feat of these Legal Management students is a source of pride for the entire UBLC community, demonstrating that excellence is both taught and lived within its halls.
