The University of Batangas Lipa City (UBLC), through the College of Management and Tourism, recorded another academic milestone as five fourth-year Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management students successfully passed the Certified Financial Management Specialist (CFMS) Assessment Examination, Batch 25, administered on December 13, 2025.
The passers – Earl Lawrence M. Camento, Necca L. De Torres, Ellaine C. Dela Peña, Ysle Rein K. Ocampo, and Erica E. Resuello – earned the CFMS designation, a professional credential certified by the Center for Professional Advancement and Continuing Education, Inc. (CPACE) Philippines. Their achievement reflects the students’ readiness for industry-aligned financial practice and professional standards.
The CFMS assessment evaluates competencies in financial analysis, planning, and management, providing students with practical credentials that complement academic training. The successful outcome underscores the effectiveness of UBLC’s BSBA Financial Management program in delivering outcomes-based and skills-oriented education.
