Lipa City, Batangas — August 2025. The University of Batangas Lipa City (UBLC) proudly congratulates Dr. Jovi Jane C. Bernales, faculty member of the College of Criminal Justice Education, for the successful publication of her research titled “Implementation of School-Based Sports Management Program of Private Higher Education Institutions” in the IOER International Multidisciplinary Research Journal.
