The University of Batangas Lipa City (UBLC) proudly congratulates Mr. Randel A. Mendoza, a graduate of the College of Criminal Justice Education, for successfully completing the State Partnership Program (SPP) Basic Operations for HAZMAT & CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Events) Management 2025. The training was conducted by the U.S. Military Guam National Guard.
