Students from the College of Education, Arts, and Sciences (CEAS) of the University of Batangas Lipa City (UBLC) successfully earned the Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) credential administered by the Human Resource Educators’ Association of the Philippines (HREAP) on November 23, 2025, marking a significant academic and professional milestone. The passers include Danica B. Latag, CHRA, a fourth-year BS Legal Management student, and Alexandra De Castro, CHRA, a fourth-year BS Psychology student.
The CHRA credential recognizes foundational competencies in human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development, equipping students with industry-relevant skills essential for today’s competitive workforce. Their achievement reflects UBLC CEAS’s continuing commitment to integrating credentialing and certification opportunities that complement academic instruction and strengthen employability.
