The core focus of “Yugto ng Hiraya” was to reinforce the belief in the PDLs’ potential for transformation and to encourage personal growth. The project achieved this through seminars and internet activities designed to foster hope, personal growth, and emotional healing among the participants.
GAPsy also conducted restorative practices to emphasize the importance of dignity and compassion for every individual.
