The Psychology Department of the University of Batangas Lipa City (UBLC) conducted the PaPSYCHLaban Seminar: Unlocking Potential – Leadership Excellence and Smart Recruitment Strategies to enhance academic learning and leadership development among students, in line with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4): Quality Education.
The seminar emphasized leadership, ethical recruitment, and strategic decision-making, providing students with practical tools essential for future roles in psychology, human resource management, and other professional fields. Participants gained insights into effective communication, critical thinking, and teamwork, bridging classroom learning with real-world applications.
Mr. Justin Cris De Villa, Human Resource Generalist at UBLC, shared his expertise on leadership excellence and recruitment strategies aligned with industry standards and ethical practices.
