The Psychology Department of the University of Batangas Lipa City (UBLC) conducted the PaPSYCHLaban Seminar: Unlocking Potential – Leadership Excellence and Smart Recruitment Strategies to enhance academic learning and leadership development among students, in line with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4): Quality Education.
The seminar emphasized leadership, ethical recruitment, and strategic decision-making, providing students with practical tools essential for future roles in psychology, human resource management, and other professional fields.
