The Guild of Aspiring Psychologists (GAPsy) held its annual team-building activity, InPSYde Out: Unlocking Core Memories & Forging Connections, to promote psychology students’ mental health, September 25.

The event was specifically designed to promote the emotional awareness, social connection, and psychological wellness of psychology students.

Using collaborative games and challenges, the activities mirrored themes of understanding and embracing various emotions, aiming to emphasize the crucial role of emotional balance in fostering mental health.

Krisha Marie C. Subing Subing, a faculty member of College of Education, Arts and Sciences noted that the initiative directly supported healthy lives and promoted well-being by providing a framework for stress release, relationship building, resilience, and nurturing self-awareness and a sense of belonging within the student community.
