UBLC hosts 1st Regional Town Hall 2025 strengthening collaboration among JPIAn leaders

The University of Batangas Lipa City (UBLC) proudly hosted the 1st Regional Town Hall 2025 on November 16, 2025 at the UBLC Multipurpose Hall, bringing together the Regional Executive Board and Local Chapter Officers for a pivotal gathering aimed at strengthening leadership unity and setting the strategic direction for the Sibanlaok Federation. Held as part of the region’s continuing efforts to enhance organizational synergy, the event served as an essential platform for dialogue, alignment, and forward planning for the Region 4 Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA) community.

The town hall opened with discussions focused on the official kickoff of the Sibanlaok Federation, marking the beginning of coordinated initiatives designed to empower accounting students across the region. Leaders engaged in structured conversations on roles, responsibilities, and collaborative pathways, ensuring that member chapters are collectively prepared to advance the goals of the federation throughout the academic year.

Organized to reinforce shared purpose and operational coherence, the gathering allowed regional and local leaders to evaluate current programs, propose new strategies, and strengthen partnerships within the JPIA network. By providing a space for transparent communication and consensus-building, UBLC enabled participants to refine action plans and reaffirm their commitment to fostering academic excellence, leadership development, and community engagement.
