UB BSCE Engineers pass the November 2025 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results of the Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE), producing 46 new Civil Engineers from the University of Batangas (UB) on November 29, 2025.

UB proudly commends the following Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) graduates who passed the November 2025 CELE: Engr. Luis Miguel Abarquez, Engr. Portia Jen Mary C. Adarlo, Engr. Alexander John Christofer Agena, Engr. Adrian Chandrich R. Ancheta, Engr. Mark Anthony Andal, Engr. Allen Cyle E. Arellano, Engr. Trisha Anne M. Ariola, Engr. Reinz Jonnel M. Asi, Engr. Eden Grace Bacosa, Engr. Frances Niña Arabella Casa, Engr. Shella Mae V. Casanova, Engr. John Adrian Catoy, Engr. Hazel Anne Cirwelas, Engr. Keith Winchelle A. Coronel, Engr. Nicole De Chavez, Engr. On December 1, 2025, the new CELE passers received recognition during the UB Flag Ceremony.

To honor the newly licensed Civil Engineers, College of Engineering (CENG) Dean Dr. Henry Cabatay, UB President Lily Marlene Hernandez-Bohn, and Board of Regents Chairman Atty. Jesus V. Mayo attended the awarding ceremony.

UB President Hernandez-Bohn emphasized that the university produced numerous engineers in 2025, underscoring UB’s commitment to academic excellence and industry-ready training.

“I hope you will not tarnish the name of the university as you are UB-produced engineers,” said Atty. Jesus V. Mayo, Chairman of the Board of Regents.

This achievement strongly supports Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education, as the university continues to provide accessible, excellent, and professionally relevant learning pathways.
