Para sa Kalusugang Pangkaisipan – 39 alumni from the University of Batangas (UB) Bachelor of Science in Psychology (BS Psych) and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (AB Psych) programs successfully passed the September 2025 Psychometricians Licensure Examination, held on October 2, 2025, recording an impressive 92.86% passing rate, surpassing the national average of 86.98%.
To honor the 2025 passers of the Board Licensure Examination of Psychologists and Psychometricians (BLEPP) and Guidance Counselor Licensure Examination (GCLE), UB held a Testimonial Luncheon celebrating their success and contributions to the institution’s growing legacy of excellence at Carmelo Q. Quizon Gymnasium.
“The future awaits your wisdom, compassion, and light. May you continue to make the University of Batangas proud, and may your success heal and color many lives,” said UB President Lily Marlene J. Hernandez-Bohn in her opening remarks.
Registered Psychometrician Ms. Marie Antonette Bernardo, RPM, CHRA, CMFHR, reflected on the graduates’ shared journey toward success. “We once dreamed of making it past through the first year of taking our program, finish our OJT, and pass our pre-board examination, which eventually worked out as we graduated,” She added, “Now we dreamed of passing the licensure exam for psychometricians, and here we are here now as registered psychometricians.”
Among those present at the Testimonial Luncheon were UB President Lily Marlene J. Hernandez-Bohn, College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) Dean Dr. Priscilla Mizpah Santillana, UB Graduate School Dean Dr. Annabelle Tenorio, Assistant Vice President for Legal Affairs Atty. Vicente Bernardo V. Mayo, Jr., Senior Vice President for Administration Mr. Alex Ramos, and UB Counselling and Psychological Wellness (CoPWell) Director Gladiola A. Eje-Dimaculangan.
