The University of Batangas (UB) Psychology students led a dynamic, consistent celebration of World Mental Health Awareness Month during the Academic Year 2024–2025, transforming the campus into a hub of positivity and mindfulness.

The organization encouraged active participation through simple yet impactful initiatives. Students decorated the Psychology Laboratory with uplifting messages and calming visuals, creating a space that embodied peace and emotional balance. They also wore blue, the color symbolizing mental health awareness, as a visible show of solidarity and support for the cause.

Adding to the creative engagement, the organization distributed blue ribbons and gold coins paired with motivational quotes, spreading words of encouragement across the campus. A walking photobooth also became a highlight of the celebration, capturing smiles and moments that reflected the community’s commitment to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.

Through these vibrant and inclusive activities, the Psychology students not only promoted awareness but also reinforced the message that mental health deserves attention and care every day. Aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being, the celebration embodied the University of Batangas’ advocacy for holistic growth—reminding everyone that mental wellness is a cornerstone of a balanced, fulfilling life.
