Three students from the University of Batangas (UB) Political Science Circle (PSC) participated in the YOUTH TO BE SUMMIT 3.0 on February 1, 2020, at the Benavides Auditorium, University of Santo Tomas. The summit carried the theme “Breaking the Barriers and Going Beyond Borders.”
The UB delegation, composed of Ms. Ivy Marie Silang, Ms. Marie Danseco, and Mr. Robin Abella, joined the event to gain insights on leadership, civic engagement, and professional development.
According to the PSC, the students’ participation aimed to promote youth political involvement and develop their capacity to engage effectively in professional and social contexts. The organization emphasized that active youth engagement is essential for fostering responsible leadership and informed participation in society.
