Reshelle D. Rescator, an alumna of the University of Batangas (UB) Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) under the Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (AB Psych), earned the Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) credential, marking a significant professional milestone in human resource practice on November 28, 2025.
The Human Resource Educators Association of the Philippines, Inc. (HREAP) organized the CHRA certification examination, which evaluates competencies in human resource fundamentals, ethical practice, and workforce management. Ms. Rescator completed the certification as part of Batch 65, demonstrating proficiency aligned with national standards for human resource professionals.
Through the ETEEAP pathway, UB provides working professionals and experienced learners with opportunities to earn academic credentials based on prior learning and industry experience. Ms. Rescator’s achievement reflects the effectiveness of this alternative education model in advancing professional growth and career readiness.
